Twin Sharpening stones are equiped with two different grits on each side. The courses grit is 250 and on the flip side is 1000 grit to restore edges on the most difficult edges. The stone pro is designed with a plastic platform with rubber non skid feet to prevent the stones from sldding while in the sharpeing process. The stone pro is designed to be used with water for best results. Directions are included in package.
