Use in the oven or on the grill up to 500 degrees. Made of a fiber glass mesh with a PTFE coating (PFOA Free) so it is completely nonstick. It will hold all the food on the grill so that nothing falls down between the rack into the fire – easy to turn with a spatula. Good for heating pizza, rolls, bread rolls – also in a toaster oven for toasting bagels ,muffin etc.
