Charlotte Armstrong, a New Orleans native, has a passion for food that is bred into her every fiber. She maintains that her love for food was culled by her paternal and maternal grandmothers. After receiving the Grande Dimplome from the French Culinary Institute in New York City, Charlotte took her first professional culinary job at Restaurant Aquavit, also in New York. From here she went on to become a private chef for prominent New York families, and it was during Charlotte’s second private chef job that the seeds for Charlotte’s Table were first sown.
