The 5.5-in. Santoku Knife is manufactured with one solid piece of high-carbon German steel (X50CrMoV15) and is heat-treated to stay sharp longer. The blade is seamlessly molded to the composite handle with a unique partially exposed full tang and finished with a solid polished star and end cap. It is precision balanced for it’s task.
