Lodge Enamel 7.5 qt dutch oven is the work horse of your kitchen. Bake, broil,, sear, stew or saute in this pot. Use on any stove top – even induction. The Lodge enamel product is cast from molten iron. The porcelain (glass) is applied and baked at a high temperature to bond the glass to the cast iron vessel. This process is repeated 3 times to insure a superior cooking surface. Stainless steel knobs are oven safe.
