This thermometer measures temperature in both degrees fahrenheit and degrees celsius. The probe is 48 inches long for easy reach. The easy to set display shows the “target” and “actual” temperatures. Their is a timer displaying time elapsed and time remaining. Choose voice alert, beep alert, or no alert at all. There is also a special “Don’t forget to baste” alert for poultry. Equipped with doneness presets for beef, pork, veal, and poultry.
