Product Description
Our commercial cookware is constructed with a heavy gauge stainless steel body to prevent any interaction with food. It is then fitted with a stainless steel encapsulated 0.5mm aluminum disk for even heat conductivity. An added benefit is that the cookware can be used on an induction top cook-top. The 8-quart capacity is great for cooking soup, stews or pasta. The pot and lid are both dishwasher safe.
