With its deluxe pressure gauge, it prepares food 3 to 10 times faster than ordinary methods. Comes with a special air vent/cover lock that allows pressure to build only when the cover is closed properly, and also prevents the cover from being opened until the pressure is safely reduced. Ideal for use on regular and smooth-top ranges. Holds 24 half-pint jars, 20 pints or 7 quarts. Extra strong and durable, it is warp-resistant and heavy-gauge for fast, even heating and a long life. Included is a cooking rack and a complete instruction and recipe booklet for canning meats and seafood, too. Canner fits 24 1/2-pint jars, up to 20 1-pint jars, 7 1-quart jars.
