It features an extra wide fry basket, and it allows food items to float freely for crispy even cooking. A heating element keeps oil at peak frying temperature and the removable fry basket rests on the basket clip to allow fried foods to drain and cool so you don’t have excess oil clinging on. It is healthier to use, too: it can fry more food using less oil than most conventional fryers. This 1000-watts deep fryer is housed in brushed stainless steel and also features adjustable temperature from 325F to 375F and the timer can be set for up to 30 minutes. The lid, fry basket and basket handle are all dishwasher-safe.
