A temperature probe adjusts from Warm to 450 degrees, allowing you to fry, saute, braise or simmer. The nonstick cooking surface eliminates the need for excess butter or oil for healthier cooking. Plus, cleanup is even faster. With the temperature probe removed, the entire skillet is dishwasher-safe.
