The Kulinary Series knives are each manufactured with one solid piece of high-carbon German steel (X50CrMoV15) and heat-treated to stay sharp longer. The high HRC (Rockwell hardness scale) of 56 allows the edge to maintain sharpness with less maintenance. The blade is seemlessly molded to the composite handle with a unique partially exposed full tang and finished with a solid polished star and end cap. The Kulinary series are stamped knives.
