Product Description
Our 10-nch Open Fry Pan commercial cookware is a non-reactive heavy gauge stainless steel body construction. It is fitted with a stainless steel encapsulated 0.5mm aluminum disk for even heat conductivity, and then a stay-cool handle is then spot welded to each piece for ease of handling. An added benefit is that the cookware can be used on an induction top cook-top. Dishwasher safe.
