Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. small shell pasta, uncooked
  • 1 cup sour cream or greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz) salad size shrimp
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz) imitation crab meat or imitation lobster
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 c. creamy cucumber salad dressing
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped bread & butter pickles or sweet relish
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  • 1. Cook pasta according to package directions, adding eggs to cook with pasta. Drain; rinse with cold water; drain well.
  • 2. In a small bowl, combine Miracle Whip or mayonnaise, sour cream or yogurt & milk; mix until smooth. Place pasta in a large bowl & pour dressing mixture over. Mix to coat. Add seafood, broccoli, pickles, eggs & onions; mix well to coat. Drizzle cucumber dressing over salad; mix well. Cover & refrigerate at least 4 hours.
