This is a video recipe and as much as I’d like to say it’s mine, this recipe was created by my best friend and TV cooking chef, Isa Souza. Jumbo pasta shells with lentils and prosciutto, now this is a big time party food and really fantastic for a Super Bowl party.

  • 24 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1 bunch broccolini
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 10-oz porcini mushrooms
  • 1 minced onion
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
