I’ve always felt sorry for those people allergic to shellfish. I’m a huge seafood lover and a FB friend had asked me to make a seafood pasta dish so I created mixed seafood pasta alls Rebecca. I did one thing better than just making a dish I shot a video of me making that dish and named it after her. There are no rules to the types of seafood you can use, you simply add whatever you like but this was my choice and the clams really added a fantastic broth along with the stock I created using the shells from the shrimp. Ingredients

  • 1lb angel hair pasta
  • 12 large shrimp peeled, deveined and rinsed, shells reserved
  • 8 sea scallops
  • 8 little neck clams cleaned
  • 8 mussels bearded
  • 3 tablespoons shallots minced
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • dry white wine
  • 1 cup shrimp stock use as needed
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
