Mussels in Thai Curry Sauce. Recipe courtesy of The Food Network except I only used mussels. I’ve been craving spicy food and Thai is one of my favorites. I don’t cook Thai so I really don’t have any experience in Asian dishes, except for green curry dishes. I hope you enjoy it.
