Shrimp, Andouille Sausage, Red Skin Potatoes and Corn on Skewers with a Cajun Rub, how good does that sound? This is a wonderful summer dish for a barbeque or family gathering. If you do not like a little spice eliminate the cajun cayenne pepper. If you like a bit of a kick add a little more cayenne pepper. You can also replace shrimp with chicken if you’re not a seafood lover. I hope you enjoy it!!
