Who doesn’t like avocados? One of those foods that has really good fat. My guacamole with tomatoes has become a staple in my home when my friends come over for dinner or just to hang out. Avocado is a versatile food for summer salads, incorporate into pasta dishes and my very favorite, in tuna tartar. But the is one dish that has taken the world by storm and is served at almost every Super Bowl party and that is guacamole. When it comes to entertaining your guests or having a small gathering of friends, guacamole is a sure hit. My best friend and TV cooking chef, Isa Souza says I make the best. I think she just likes to make me feel good.
Serve guacamole on tacos, enchiladas or serve as a side with breakfast, the ideas are endless.
