Linguine Matera is a pasta dish with shrimp, arugula and cherry tomatoes in a shrimp stock with lemon zest and olive oil. In honor of my FB friend Filippo Matera the fashion clothing designer in Italy. Filippo made Isa & Michael Food Lover’s custom clothing just for our trip to Rome. Not only has he made us custom shirts but he is also driving 4-hours to deliver them and meet Isa and I. I have no words to express my gratitude and the honor to wear his Naked Clothing line. This dish is for you my friend. Cheers!!!
