Do you like Asian food? Well, I do but seldom ever eat it as I find it to be rather greasy in restaurants that serve it. I did have a friend of mine who is Chinese make it for me once and it was incredible, not greasy at all. When I decided to go out on a limb and try my luck making lo mein, it was only obvious I call Kathy to give me some pointers and of course a recipe. Here is her shrimp lo mien recipe but I changed it…based on her advice. Why? Because she said I needed a wok, huh…I have no wok, now what? Use a pan…just make it. I love that advice so now you have pan made shrimp lo mein. I have many Asian followers and as well as many food friends who love Asian cuisine so this dish is for you.
