Hi food friends, I am Keira from My Prairie Window blog. I love to cook and I love to collect cookbooks? I made this after I saw it on Facebook, was intrigued and made it myself.  The post I saw, and the recipe I followed  was from www.pomansmeals.com, go check it out!  I adapted it of course and added a few prairie touches to create my version of Prairie Patties  These were great as a main course for a lunch, and a great side dish for a dinner. These were even better the next day!  I served them with a buffalo dip made of simply hot sauce and sour cream!

I would love your company so come join me on my blog, and Facebook

  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • seasoned salt/pepper
  • hot sauce to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • 2. Sautee the onion and garlic in a little oil until limp
  • 3. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. If using frozen broccoli be sure to squeeze out all extra moisture
