Social Chef Lime Chili Rub
I love rubs and I really love rubs on things I grill, especially chicken. This is The Social Chef Lime Chili Rub I created with many test but this one I really enjoy. If you like grilled chicken this rub gives a super flavor and a super crisp crust to chicken on the grill. Give The Social Chef Lime Chili Rub a try and tell me what you think and is super on fish and steaks too.
In many places throughout the world grilling year-round is not possible. While living in Florida I grilled at least four times per week. I was forever trying to create a rub for meat, fish and chicken. Chicken however was my real goal. I like BBQ chicken but I really like a dry rub. After looking at all the ingredients in many rubs I wasn’t about to put all those things I prefer not to eat onto my chicken, so I worked for months until I created my own rub, The Social Chef Lime Chili Rub. I hope you enjoy it.
