Ingredients
- 1lb sushi grade tuna diced
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon wasabi
- 1 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon minced jalapeño (seeds removed)
- 1 lime grated zest
- 1/2 avocado cut into small pieces
- 2 freshly squeezed juice of limes
- 1 teaspoon very finely sliced green onion (mostly the green part)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1. Add tuna into a glass bowl
- 2. In a small dish add olive oil, soy sauce, wasabi, cilantro, jalapeno, lime zest, lime juice and green onion and mix well
- 3. Pour mixture over tuna gently folding
- 4. Add avocado gently fold and serve. Adding black sesame seeds is optional
- 5. **WARNING: Consuming raw fish is considered dangerous and is not suggested
