Ingredients

  • 1lb sushi grade tuna diced
  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced jalapeño (seeds removed)
  • 1 lime grated zest
  • 1/2 avocado cut into small pieces
  • 2 freshly squeezed juice of limes
  • 1 teaspoon very finely sliced green onion (mostly the green part)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • 1. Add tuna into a glass bowl
  • 2. In a small dish add olive oil, soy sauce, wasabi, cilantro, jalapeno, lime zest, lime juice and green onion and mix well
  • 3. Pour mixture over tuna gently folding
  • 4. Add avocado gently fold and serve. Adding black sesame seeds is optional
  • 5. **WARNING: Consuming raw fish is considered dangerous and is not suggested
