So many foods go to waste after Thanksgiving. But with some creativity you can turn Thanksgiving leftovers into dishes the entire family will welcome. Perhaps the biggest waste is the turkey itself. Not necessarily the turkey meat but the bones. When making a stock of any kind the bones create a super stock that can be used immediately or frozen and used at a later time. Here are a few dishes I created with leftover mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, carrots and turkey. As a Social Chef I am always curious as to what others do with their leftovers.
